Lived experience

Our breathwork training is primarily experiential, allowing you to develop your skills as a breath coach while deepening and expanding your own breathing practice. This enriches you both as an individual and as a coach.

Through personal and group sessions, you will learn to recognise and experience how blocked energy and various emotions can be released, and how to navigate these experiences. This journey will empower you with the confidence to support future clients through their own processes, encouraging them to continue breathing through whatever arises.

Integrity and authenticity

At Adem en Stem, our trainers embody authenticity in both their words and actions. They possess a profound understanding of breath, voice, and body work, having guided hundreds of individuals and groups through deep personal journeys. Aware of the challenges you may encounter, they provide a supportive presence, as they are unperturbed by nearly any obstacle.

For you as an aspiring breath coach, we emphasise the importance of drawing from your personal experiences to speak and guide effectively. The depth of your own journey through breath sessions becomes increasingly palpable to your clients, whether they are conscious of it or not.

Kindness

True connection occurs when someone feels welcomed and received as a human being, on equal footing and from the heart. This creates a space where transformation can happen and emotions can flow freely, as the body senses safety and the mind can find rest.

Kindness also encompasses gentleness, compassion, and empathy, starting with oneself. When you can extend this understanding to your own journey, you naturally radiate it towards others.
