Frequently asked questions
If your question is not listed, please fill out the contact form and we will get in touch with you.
Is it possible to pay in installments?
Yes, it is possible to pay in instalments. We typically offer a plan of three payments, with each instalment due at least one month before the start of a block. You will receive a single invoice for the remaining balance, as you have already made a non-refundable deposit of €200 upon registration.
We kindly ask you to ensure that payments are made on time, and to include the invoice number along with your payment indication, such as payment 1 of 3, 2 of 3, and so on.
Can I register when I cannot attend one (part of a) day?
I cannot attend one of the three blocks. Can I still register and catch up in a later group?
If you inform us at the time of registration that you are unable to attend one of the blocks, you can make up for it at no extra cost in a later group.
However, if you have already started the programme and cannot participate due to illness or other last-minute reasons, please note that cancellations made within a week of the start date are considered last-minute, and the additional cost for making up a block is £200, which covers meals and accommodation.
Can I attend when I'm pregnant?
Please get in touch with us to discuss your specific situation.
Pregnancy is generally considered a contraindication when it comes to connected breathwork. However, we can share that several pregnant women have participated in our training over the years. The course is designed both to support your personal journey and to train you as a breath coach, with practice sessions conducted in pairs. During a breath session, certain pressure points and techniques may not be applicable if you are pregnant, and we would advise against more active connected breathing. Nonetheless, as a session facilitator, you will still be able to apply many pressure points and techniques. Your feelings in the moment will guide what is feasible during the various practice formats, and we will continuously adjust the breathing for what feels best for you.
What is the study load between modules?
The official study commitment for the course comprises nine full days of instruction and 20 hours of self-study, accompanied by a syllabus detailing the topics to be covered. Throughout the course, you will engage in practice sessions with fellow participants.
We encourage you to facilitate breath sessions between the modules and provide a report based on a template we will supply. Additionally, we request that you submit several breath reports for feedback between two modules. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the Presence Process with most of the group, as described in the book you will receive on the first day. This is a ten-week breath process, which aligns with the duration of the entire course, and there will be weekly Zoom sessions for questions and collective breathing. Participation in the Presence Process, practice sessions, and submission of breath reports is optional and not subject to monitoring. The course will conclude with an examination session on the final day.
We believe it is essential for you to engage in activities when you feel motivated, rather than out of obligation or the desire to accumulate study hours, as that is not the essence of breath work.
Can I arrive the night before?
Can I book a single room?
Can I sleep in one room with my friend or partner?
Yes, that’s possible. Please include this in your answer with respect to your motivation when registering, and we will take it into account.
Can I sleep at home or elsewhere?
We recommend staying in Luttelgeest for several reasons. Both evenings feature a programme lasting until around 9 or 9:30 PM, which is optional but definitely worthwhile to attend.
Additionally, embracing the breathing practices can bring about significant release, and it’s beneficial to allow yourself three uninterrupted days to create space for this experience.
However, there may be situations where you prefer to sleep at home. The choice is entirely yours. In terms of costs, it makes no difference whether you stay at home or elsewhere, as we pay a set fee per person, regardless of overnight accommodations.
Can I use public transport or carpool?
Can I get my deposit back when I cancel?
The deposit fee is charged to cover the time and attention invested in communication and the invoicing process, and is therefore non-refundable.
However, if you decide to enrol in the future, the 200 euros will be deducted from your total amount, so you will not need to pay it again.
